Domestic Shipping We ship to addresses within the US using USPS, UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 5-7 business days.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Orders We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thegenie@thegeniecode.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
